This is indeed a funeral floral arrangement. However, it is specifically designed for home delivery, so that it can later be taken to the cemetery or niche by the family. For this reason, as stated in the product description, it is not supplied with a funeral ribbon.
If you would like to receive this arrangement at your home with a personalized funeral ribbon, we can certainly arrange that. Simply write in the Order Notes that you would like us to send you an additional payment link for €10 to include the ribbon.
If, instead, you need flowers to be delivered for a funeral service, we recommend choosing one of the products shown in the funeral section, as those arrangements already include a personalized funeral ribbon.

We don’t deliver at 7:30 a.m. Our delivery window is from 9:00 to 21:00. You can select some time slots offered on the website, but we can’t guarantee an exact delivery time.
Regarding the Sunflowers bouquet, it’s currently out of stock: it’s not the right season, and the available sunflowers are so small that we prefer not to sell them to avoid misleading customers.
You can check all the available products and their prices by selecting the province, city, and desired delivery date on our website.

Depending on the destination city and the desired delivery date, your order will be delivered either by our own local florists and couriers or through a trusted private delivery company.

Jimena de la Frontera is a town in the province of Cádiz, Spain. We can deliver flowers specifically to the person you choose. To do so, please select in the top section of our website the Province: Cádiz, the City: Jimena de la Frontera, and the date you want the flowers to be delivered. At that point, our website will show you a list of all available bouquets and their prices. Choose the one you like most.
Later in the process, we will ask you for the recipient’s name, the street name, street number, phone number, and the message you wish to send along with the flowers.
If you don’t know the street name, you can write “call for address” in that field, and we will take care of contacting the recipient to get the delivery details you don't have.

¡Hola! 😊 Cada bolsa contiene aproximadamente 200 gramos de pétalos, una cantidad que suele ser suficiente para rellenar varios conos, aunque depende del tamaño de los mismos y de la cantidad que quieras poner en cada uno.
Este producto no se vende de forma independiente en nuestra web, sino únicamente como complemento de un ramo o arreglo floral. Si realizas un pedido de flores, puedes añadir una o varias bolsas de pétalos, según la cantidad que necesites.
Si lo que deseas es comprar únicamente pétalos, también es posible en algunas de nuestras tiendas físicas. Entendemos perfectamente su preocupación al escribir este mensaje, pero le aseguramos que teleROSA siempre cumple sus compromisos.
El día que acordamos la entrega, nuestro repartidor acudió al domicilio. Al no encontrarse la destinataria en casa, contactó con ella por teléfono y ambos acordaron dejar las rosas depositadas en el estanco. Lamentablemente, hubo una pequeña y entrañable confusión: ella acudió a buscarlas al quiosco, por lo que lógicamente no las encontró.
En teleROSA lo más importante no es quién tuvo el malentendido, sino que ella disfrute de sus flores. Por eso, tras hablar con ella hoy y aclarar lo sucedido, hemos confeccionado y entregado de inmediato otras 12 rosas frescas adicionales, esta vez entregadas directamente en sus propias manos.

Nuestros repartidores optimizan minuciosamente sus rutas para poder cumplir con todos los compromisos dentro de los márgenes horarios que ofertamos, los cuales varían en amplitud según la logística específica de cada ciudad de destino, tal como le mostrará nuestra web al procesar el pedido.
Por otro lado, nuestra larga experiencia nos demuestra que momentos tan intensos como una boda, el nacimiento de un bebé o la salida de una operación quirúrgica importante, no son los mejores momentos para entregar flores. En esos instantes tan potentes, los protagonistas están viviendo un torbellino emocional y tienen prioridades lógicas en la cabeza, por lo que el regalo floral pasa completamente desapercibido.
