En cuanto a las rosas que trabajamos, son variedades premium cuidadosamente seleccionadas por su gran tamaño, apertura, elegancia y duración, buscando siempre ofrecer ramos con una presencia muy especial y una excelente conservación. Como ocurre con muchas de estas variedades cultivadas, suelen tener un aroma más suave que otras rosas más tradicionales, tal y como usted ha percibido.

Hola, Alicia. Lamentamos que su primera impresión no fuera la esperada, pero nos gustaría explicarle el motivo técnico de ese aspecto.

Los lilium orientales son flores de gran durabilidad que enviamos en fase de "botón" (cerrados). Hacemos esto por dos razones profesionales: primero, para proteger los delicados pétalos durante el transporte y, segundo, para garantizar que la flor se abra en su hogar, permitiéndole disfrutar de todo su ciclo de vida, color y fragancia durante mucho más tiempo.

A día de hoy, es muy probable que ya hayan abierto casi todos lo botones, mostrando todo el color y esplendor. Si es así, le agradeceríamos que considerara la posibilidad de actualizar su valoración, ya que ese estado inicial es, precisamente, la mayor prueba de la frescura y calidad del producto que ha recibido.
