I was very pleased with flowers delivered to my daughter. I was only able to see a photo of the flowers she received. They looked exactly like the picture on your site. She said they were beautiful. The balloons that were part of the bouquet, broke in transit, but the driver gave her replacement balloons. I was disappointed she didn’t get the full effect of the piece. Overall, I was pleased. I was also very impressed with the constant communication from you throughout the whole order process. I will use you again.,

We deliver our bouquets with water for transport to keep the flowers properly hydrated during delivery. However, once the bouquet is received, it should be placed in a vase. If you prefer the bouquet to be delivered in a special water wrapping that works as a temporary vase, please let us know in the order comments. This service has no additional cost, but it is important to note that once the bouquet is received, you will need to add 2–3 glasses of water, depending on the size of the bouquet, following the instructions on the label included. For transport reasons, we can only add the necessary amount of water to ensure safe delivery, as adding more could cause spills if the box is turned during handling.

Estamos mejorando poco a poco las fotos para que reflejen mejor el ramo real y también las descripciones y consejos de cuidado de cada producto. Nos llevará un poquito de tiempo, pero trabajamos duro para que todo quede actualizado pronto 😊
