Our packaging is specifically designed to ensure the message is the very first thing noticed upon opening the box; however, it is possible it was mistaken for advertising material. We have attached a photo showing how the message is placed within the box. Furthermore, our rigorous quality control processes make it impossible for an order to be shipped without its corresponding message.

On extremely busy dates, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, the volume of orders is so high that we are forced to temporarily suspend our photo service. Regarding the Sunflowers bouquet, it’s currently out of stock: it’s not the right season, and the available sunflowers are so small that we prefer not to sell them to avoid misleading customers. To do so, please select in the top section of our website the Province: Cádiz, the City: Jimena de la Frontera, and the date you want the flowers to be delivered. At that point, our website will show you a list of all available bouquets and their prices. Choose the one you like most. Later in the process, we will ask you for the recipient’s name, the street name, street number, phone number, and the message you wish to send along with the flowers. If you don’t know the street name, you can write “call for address” in that field, and we will take care of contacting the recipient to get the delivery details you don't have.

Para los casos en los que la logística requiere el uso de mensajería, nuestra política es no escatimar en recursos. Trabajamos exclusivamente con la única empresa del sector que nos garantiza más de un 95% de entregas en fecha. Para lograr este nivel de eficacia, pagamos un coste de envío que duplica al de otras mensajerías de renombre; de hecho, el importe que le cobramos al cliente en la web por este concepto es bastante inferior a lo que nosotros realmente abonamos al transportista. Si el sistema no te muestra la opción después de introducir esos datos, suele deberse a que el destino es Baleares, Canarias, Ceuta o Melilla (donde el servicio no está disponible actualmente) o a que el día seleccionado es festivo en la localidad de destino.
