Großartiger Service! Ich habe Blumen auf die kanarischen Inseln zu einer Freundin liefern lassen (was sicher eine Herausforderung zu irganisieren war!) und alles kam super pünktlich an, super organisiert und die Blumen waren genau wie gewünscht (oder noch ein bisschen schöner als ich mir vorgestellt habe). The flowers were easy to order and were delivered promptly. However, I was disappointed in the size of the bouquet and now within days of delivery,they are beginning to look quite tired.
I regret to say that I do not think that I got value for money and in future I will be going back to ordering. Direct from our local flower shop.

Regarding the bouquet size, it was a standard 6-rose arrangement that goes through a thorough quality check before being packaged in its box, and it must respect a size limit to fit perfectly. There are larger bouquets and floral products that require bigger boxes.

As for the flowers’ longevity, we can assure you they were all fresh, arriving just a few days before the Valentine’s campaign, and we haven’t received any complaints from this batch. We truly value your feedback as it helps us keep improving.

We hope to have more opportunities to surprise you and show the high level of service we provide, and we’re happy to know the bouquet helped convey emotions on such a special day as Valentine’s 💕 Thank you again, and have a wonderful day!

Excellent delivery. Unfortunately, they sent a completely different toy bear.

¿Podría indicarnos a qué se refiere con primera hora, la localidad de entrega y la fecha deseada? Al realizar el pedido aparecen las franjas horarias disponibles y, por lo general, se cumplen sin problema. No obstante, cuando la dirección se encuentra a más de 15 km de la oficina de reparto, la entrega puede demorarse ligeramente.

Hola José, si puede, pero debe añadir como complemento 2 rosas naturales mas, ya que esas rosas son mas caras y además indicar en observaciones que: "He pagado la diferencia de precio con dos rosas adicionales para que me envíen el ramo con una azul y otra multicolor"

Hola Sandra, por supuesto que son rosas naturales, pero están Liofilizadas, es decir se le ha extraído la humedad y esto hace que duren años y años con el mismo aspecto de una rosa viva, con la ventaja de que no tiene que echarle agua ni requiere ningún mantenimiento. Hola Janeth, las rosas son liofilizadas y duran años, dentro de la cúpula toda la vida. Esta rosa la entregamos en la fecha concreta que quieras y basta con que la pidas el día antes, se personaliza al momento.
