Very pleased with the wonderful flowers delivered for my mum on Mother’s Day. The communication was excellent from the time of ordering to the actual delivery. I would definitely recommend TeleRosa and I would use them again.

El proceso de compra, envío y entrega fue estupendo. La presentación del producto y la facilidad del servicio es muy destacable. Le dieron unas sorpresa, pero bien recibida, a una persona muy especial. Totalmente recomendado. Mi única recomendación sería actualizar las imágenes de los productos.

Puedes introducir la dirección completa (calle, número, piso/puerta y código postal) durante el proceso de compra, en el apartado Dirección de entrega. Si ya has realizado el pedido y necesitas añadir o corregir la dirección, escríbenos a [email protected] indicando tu número de pedido y la dirección correcta. Nota: Si no conoces la dirección postal de la persona destinataria, puedes realizar igualmente tu pedido e indicar en el campo de dirección algo como: “Llamar por teléfono para que nos facilite la dirección, ya que no la conozco.” En la mayoría de los casos, conseguimos que el destinatario nos facilite su dirección o, alternativamente, un local comercial cercano donde dejar las flores para que pueda pasar posteriormente a recogerlas. Si excepcionalmente no fuera posible obtener una dirección válida de entrega, procederíamos a la devolución del importe del pedido menos 10 € en concepto de gastos de gestión.
