Great flowers as usual from Telerosa, but we were lucky to receive them because we had booked and paid to have delivery between 2 and 10 pm, but they were delivered at 9am, at a time that we would normally be out from the house. !

I found the service to be very efficient. Recipients sent me fotos of the roses I sent them and they were as beautiful as the fotos on the website.

First time when I use this kind of service and it was perfect. The mails were on point, when you recieved the order, payment confirmation, the ready to go mail and the sent mail. Nice way to treat clients from distance. 😎🫡

Everything was perfect! The service was nice and on time and the flowers were delivered with care. The bouquet of roses looked gorgeous. I live in the UK and it was a surprise for my mother's birthday. She was very happy! Thank you!

Hi…..unfortunately the flowers weren’t delivered directly. Instead the recipient had to drive to a store to collect them . The flowers are nice though, but it would have been better if they had been delivered to the house .

The roses were delivered and they were fully open and starting to wilt. Started losing petals by the next day. It was like they took the last, unsold roses and put them for me. I am very disappointed.

It is truly unfortunate that it has been 18 days since we delivered your flowers, on Valentine's Day, and we have not received any complaints from you during that time. Had we received it in a timely manner, we would have certainly provided you with a solution.

On the other hand, on February 14th, we delivered thousands of roses throughout Spain and we have not received any complaints regarding their quality and freshness.

Nos alegra saber que la logística fue correcta, aunque lamentamos que alguna flor no llegara exactamente como esperaba. Hemos revisado la fotografía de preparación del ramo, que adjuntamos en esta respuesta, y el conjunto se apreciaba fresco y en buen estado general.

Respecto a la llamada del repartidor, en los envíos realizados por mensajería las instrucciones habituales son contactar únicamente si no hay nadie en el domicilio para garantizar la entrega. Entendemos que, cuando una persona no espera ningún paquete, es normal que pregunte o quiera saber qué contiene el envío.

En cualquier caso, agradecemos sinceramente su valoración, ya que nos ayuda a seguir mejorando tanto el servicio como la experiencia de sorpresa.

Respecto al precio, es cierto que en fechas tan especiales como el Día de la Madre los costes son más elevados de lo habitual, tanto por el incremento del precio de la flor como por la compleja logística que supone realizar entregas en domingo por toda España.

Esperamos que tu madre disfrutase muchísimo de la sorpresa y que el detalle contribuyera a hacerle pasar un día muy especial. Gracias por tu valoración 💐
