Aún no he recibido nada desde que lo pedí. Y con nada me refiero a un Mail, mensaje o comunicación de porqué mi pedido no ha sido ni siquiera preparado. Desde el sábado 27 de Febrero hasta hoy 4de Marzo nadie me ha comunicado qué pasa con mi pedido. El dinero está cargado y cobrado desde el sábado 27 febrero en mi cuenta y no sé nada del pedido a día de hoy por comunicación de la empresa.

Es mi primer pedido.... y veremos si no será el último porque incidencias le surgen a cualquiera pero no comunicar nada, no es solución. Genera desconfianza.

Estimada María, sentimos su retraso. Pero como puede ver en la ficha del producto, ponemos "Consultar plazo de entrega" ya que en algunos productos dependemos del fabricante. Puede llamarnos por teléfono para ayudarla. Muy agradecidos.
