Me ha encantado la atención que he recibido y la preocupación mostrada desde la tienda por no poder suministrarme lo que realmente pedí y sustituirmelo sin ningún tipo de problema. Lo único, es que me gustaría que valoraran la posibilidad de hacer envíos a Canarias ya que aunque trabajo en la Península, soy de allí y seguramente se me ofrezca hacer algún pedido cuando esté de vacaciones.

Me encantó recibir mi producto, al principio nada mas verlo envuelto en cartón me quede un poco extrañada pero luego lo abrí y vi lo bonito q estaba con vuestra pegatina y demás y e encantó
Luego cuando lo desenvolví estaba la tarjetita vuestra y un regalito que me super encantó....estoy muy contenta con el servicio ya que tuve problemas para hacer la compra y para registrarme y debido a eso perdí uno de los sellos de la colección de Jhoanna Rivero cosa q me entristeció muchísimo ya que se supone me lo habían dejado guardado y esa es la única pega que le pongo a la atención y la web que debido a esos problemas que me ayudaron y me solucionaron me quede sin uno de los sellos que ya no volverá ha hacer por lo que me molesto bastante pero tengo que reconocer que en todo momento estuvieron atentos y respondieron a todas mis dudas y demás por lo que también me agradó que la actitud fuese esa.

Hola, Myriam. Comprendemos perfectamente tu malestar y no creas que no nos fastidia que al final te quedarás sin el sello de Johanna y con ese mal sabor de boca. De verdad que hicimos lo humanamente posible, pero a veces estás cosas pasan aunque intentamos cada día que sean las menos posibles.
