El asistente para diseñar el sello, el funcionamiento de la tienda y la información proporcionada en cada paso fueron excelentes. Sin embargo aunque el sello fué enviado a la mañana siguiente de realizar el pedido (día 28 de junio), la empresa de transportes (ASM) no lo ha entregado hasta el día 5 de julio, una semana después. En principio el envío deberia haber llegado el día 30 de junio pero la empresa alegó dirección incorrecta, aunque los datos que tenian eran totalmente correctos y no se hizo ninguna modificación en la dirección de entrega. Se pacto una nueva fecha de entrega, el día 4 de julio pero de nuevo no se entregó, esta vez por falta de tiempo. Hoy por fín recibí el sello y funciona perfectamente. En resumen todo perfecto por parte de sellos24horas, pero no por la agencia de transportes.

Muy descontenta. Pedí 200 etiquetas y me llegaron solo 100, era para un encargo de una boda y cuando me llegaron tuve que ir inmediatamente a comprar más a otro sitio, así q perdí tiempo y dinero. En atención al cliente me dijeron que se habían confundido con otro cliente , sin más.
