Cuando encargas el sello, no especifica que el tamaño de 4cm o 5cm se refiera a todo el diámetro. El mío es de 4cm pero lo que realmente ocupa el sello es 3cm. Por lo tanto , la fecha de mi boda no se lee. He probado con 3 tipos de tinta diferentes y el problema es el mismo.

Creo que deberian especificar que el tamaño 4/5 cm se refiere al diámetro de la goma y no al del dibujo. En mi caso, el dibujo es más pequeño de lo que esperaba y hay letras que no se leen bien por lo pequeñas que son. Por lo demás todo bien, rapidez de gestión del envío y buena calidad.

Hola Cecilia, el tamaño es de 4cm de diámetro total del sello y el dibujo se adapta a ese tamaño. Todos los diseños los comprobamos antes de subirlos a la web. Es importante que la tinta sea de calidad para que el resultado sea bueno. De todas formas revisaremos de nuevo ese diseño para asegurarnos que los textos no son excesivamente pequeños.

Agradecería que cuando enviasen el paquete a la empresa transportista diesen el teléfono de contacto. Ya que pican al interfono y se van muy rápido. Si tuviesen el teléfono a lo mejor esto no pasaría. Gracias

Hola Ana, siempre ponemos el número en el registro del envío. Sabemos que no en todas las delegaciones trabajan igual y depende siempre de las prisas que lleve el repartidor avisa o no avisa... Es una lucha constante y pasa con todas las agencias. Insistiremos más :)
