El pedido llegó muy rápido y en perfectas condiciones. Lo tomo sobre todo por el magnesio pero es un medicamento muy completo y se nota desde las primeras tomas. Repetiré sin duda.

El pedido llegó antes de lo que pensaba y muy bien empaquetado.
Respecto al medicamento, es el mejor y mas seguro omega 3 ( DHA) del mercado y se nota desde las primeras tomas. Tuve una duda sobre como tomarlo y desde Celavista me aclararon la duda al momento. Un servicio excelente.

Todo bien, excepto que tenia un bono (de antiguo cliente), que debía colocar para que me hicieran descuento del 10% ... y resultó fallido (no me lo admitió, me decia q estaba caducado). EN FIN QUE HACE UNOS MESES LA COSA POR TELEFONO (SHEILA) TODO FUNCIONABA Y CON PRECIOS MEJORES ----> Y AHORA VIA INTERNET: A LAS PRIMERAS DE CAMBIO: a.- RETIRAN EL RETIMAX 1.0 (espabílate a encontrar otra cosa) ; b.- ME HACEN TRABAJAR A MI (rellena envía averigua etc); C.- LOS PRECIOS SON (CREO) PEORES; D.- Te HACEMOS UN DESCUENTO, PERO ¡¡CIELOS (¿un problema informático?, !será pesado este cliente¡) !!!NO FUNCIONA¡¡¡

Conclusión: Ustedes se están muriendo de éxito, yo empiezo a dudar de que sus productos sean lo buenos que aparentaban.
(Iba a llamarles para pedir mi 10%, y quizá estas líneas les sirvan para algo.

Ante todo agradecerle la confianza que usted deposita en nuestros productos y los comentarios al respecto del funcionamiento de nuestro sistema de ventas y atención al cliente, siempre necesarios para mejorar y/o corregir procedimientos poco eficaces.

Como aclaración, únicamente indicarle que los descuentos que usted indica (antiguo cliente) nunca han existido en nuestra compañía. Es probable que usted se refiera a descuentos emitidos a clientes habituales que, obviamente y si no se realizan pedidos en nuestra tienda online, dejan de estar activos pasado un tiempo más que razonable, pues son descuentos enfocados a clientes que realizan compras de manera frecuente. En cuanto a los productos retirados de catálogo, recordarle que tiene usted a su disposión un teléfono de soporte y un formulario de consulta en la web donde puede preguntar cuantas dudas le surjan sobre los productos que, si existen, sustituyen y/o mejoran a los descatalogados.
