Me encanta la agenda fitness. Me la compré porque siempre he sido gordita y no se contempla mi vida sin dietas ni "volver a empezar". Gracias a ella soy consciente de lo que como y de las calorías que quemo, me obligo a hacer la cuenta y ver dónde está el error.
Los consejos me parecen lo más. Me los estoy leyendo cada dos por tres, para no olvidar que lo que quiero conseguir es la mejor versión de mí misma, no un calco de otra persona. ¿Para qué me comparo con nadie con lo que yo molo? Gracias. De verdad, gracias, esta vez todo es diferente y es por vosotros.
