Mi primera experiencia con esta web y sus productos ha sido literalmente perfecta.

Había realizado una compra cuando a media mañana me llaman para comunicarme que había un problema con uno de los productos que seleccioné. Su respuesta no fue simplemente ofrecerme esperar o devolverme el dinero, me propusieron una alternativa de producto, respondieron amablemente todas las preguntas que quise hacer para cerciorarme del cambio y para mi sorpresa la alternativa era ligeramente más elevada de precio y por las molestias decidieron no cobrarme la diferencia. Son gestos como estos los que hacen que las pequeñas webs se diferencien y que el cliente se fidelice.

A parte... los productos una auténtica pasada y el envío 24 hrs.

Agradable pena para mi bolsillo porque seguro repongo y amplío el pedido.

Me ha gustado aunque no tengo claro si repetiría con este producto. Tengo el cuero cabelludo sensible y con dermatitis, sí que me resulta muy calmante pero no creo que sea la mejor opción para cabellos grasos. Hace bastante espuma es cómodo de usar pero por el momento me gustan más otros champús sólidos.
