El problema principal es entender las dimensiones requeridas para impresión. Para un cliente poco dotado en el mundo informatico cuesta entender tamaños, pixels y sangrados... En esta area seria una ventaja un pico mas de info y ayuda.

Sentimos mucho tu comentario, pero en este caso nuestro equipo de diseño le arreglo el archivo como con tantos clientes. Un importante de archivos los arregla el equipo de revisión sin coste para el cliente, pero valoramos por encima la calidad del acabado y por eso tenemos un equipo de personas revisando y arreglando cada archivo. Es un trabajo poco conocido pero que se realiza cada día.
