EL PEDIDO sin problema, la atención al cliente en cuanto a la entrega del pedido, muy mal.
La empresa repartidora indica de malas maneras que no entregan el pedido en un PRIMER PISO , que es donde se encuentra nuestra oficina.
Nunca antes nos había pasado nada similar, nuestra oficina está ubicada en el mismo lugar desde 2012 y siempre nos han entregado la mercancía en la puerta.
OTra cuesttión es que en el caso de mercancía pesada, nosotros mismos ayudemos al repartidor a subir al primer piso, pero nunca habían manifestado de manera un tanto incorrecta que NO SUBIAN MERCANCIA AL PRIMER PISO.

Productos bien. Pedido incorrecto, pedí dos limpiadores iguales (olive r-47) y mandaron 1 de esa marca y otro de marca Quilosa, y con cada caja de penosos easy spray regalaban una pistola, compré dos cajas y sólo mandaron una pistola

Hola David. Con respecto al error cometido en el envío de los limpiadores, comentarte que efectivamente nos equivocamos al enviarte dos limpiadores de marca distinta pero he de decirte que la formula es la misma por tanto no hay diferencia entre ellos(puedes comprobar que incluso el precio es el mismo, pero te pedimos disculpas por el error). Con respecto al número de pistolas enviadas, decirte que la promoción de regalo de la pistola con la caja es por envio; es decir, si haces dos pedidos diferentes de dos cajas te enviaremos dos pistolas pero si pides dos cajas en un solo pedido, te enviaremos 1 pistola porque entendemos que con una pistola profesional se puede utilizar para la aplicación de dos cajas. Espero haber acladaro esta cuestión. Saludos,

Producto estupendo para impermeabilizar un aljibe que tenia alguna fuga. Se puede dar en mojado. El envio tardo un poco debido a la gran nevada que hubo en Madrid pero me lo hicieron llegar en cuanto el transporte comenzo a funcionar y muy agradecido por ello.
