Entendemos perfectamente su enfado y compartimos la frustración de no haber podido darle una mejor respuesta. Como sabe, su pedido salió el día 18 por correos Express mediante envío de 24 horas. Tras varias consultas y reclamaciones; a día de hoy 25 de noviembre, no hemos tenido respuesta por parte de la plataforma con la que trabajamos ni de la empresa de transporte. Lamentamos los inconvenientes de esta situación que nos perjudica a ambas partes y le informamos de que estamos reclamando nuevamente una solución al transportista para que Correos Express abra un siniestro por perdida de la mercancía para poder desbloquear la situación. Reiterando nuestras disculpas por los inconvenientes provocados, le saludamos atentamente

Al día de hoy 25-11-22, NO HE RECIBIDO EL PEDIDO, la atención telefónica es pésima ya que al reclamar me dicen que haga yo las gestiones para saber dónde está el pedido, al enfadarme y decirles que yo no había comprado a Correos Express sino a TECNITUM quedaron en llamarme y no he recibido respuesta. UN EXPERIENCIA DESGRACIADAMENTE MUY NEGATIVA
