Eficacia al 100%, el pedido llegó rápido, muy bien embalado y con muestras de regalo.
Pedí unas brochas de MAIKO y me encantaron, no se puede pedir mas.

El envío de las muestras ha tardado un poco en llegar, pero la atención por parte de la empresa ha sido excelente y las dos muestras que he probado, pachuli essence y neroli portofino, nos han encantado. Haré un pedido pronto.

Estimada Mª Ángeles, lamentamos el retraso en la recepción de tu pedido. Las muestras se envían por correo ordinario (como una carta) y fueron entregados el pasado día 30 de octubre en la oficina de Correos de Valencia, así que no se va a poner en contacto contigo ninguna empresa de transportes sino que te los llevará el cartero y es posible que ya estén el tu buzón. Ten en cuenta también que ha ha habido una festividad entre medias que puede haber ocasionado una demora adicional. En todo caso, te ruego que nos avises si a mediados de la semana que viene no los has recibido y buscaremos una solución.

Por desgracia, ninguna de las muestras de perfume que he pedido acaba de convercerme. Pero es solo cuestión de preferencias personales. Quizá elegí mal los perfumes. Es una pena, porque la atención al cliente y la iniciativa de hacer perfumes sin tóxicos y veganos me parece excelente. Le pongo un diez a la empresa.

Inmensa variedad de perfumes de muy alta calidad. Disponen de perfumes veganos y de cosmética ecológica. La atención al cliente se puede hacer por whatsapp, lo que lo hace muy cómodo y rápido.
