La atención al cliente de tienda esotérica Palantir muy bien, pero el envío muy mal.
El envío era con correos express y yo estuve todo el día en casa esperando el pedido y me enviaron mensaje que yo no estaba en casa y que me llegaba el pedido al día siguiente cuando el producto lo necesitaba y correos no me llamó en ningún momento y no hay teléfono de correos express y el único teléfono que tengo llamo y no contesta nadie
Si vuelvo a comprar en esta tienda que no sea con correos express porque siempre hay problemas, hay mucha gente que se queja de correos express y nadie lo soluciona.

Hola Beatriz, ante todo muchas gracias por tus valoraciones.
Sobre el tema de los envíos, comentarte, que en todos los transportistas, y en Correos Express también, por supuesto, hay aciertos y fallos, nosotros trabajamos con ellos desde que comenzamos y hemos tenido muy pocas incidencias.
Correos Express envia un SMS indicando el dia de entrega y la franja horaria de la misma. En tu caso, al no encontrarte te hicieron la entrega al día siguiente, que es el procedimiento habitual.
Ahora hemos incluido otro transportista para que tengáis más capacidad de elección. Lamento las molestias ocasionadas y tomamos nota para que en lo posible no vuelva a suceder. Y como siempre decimos, si tenéis cualquier duda ó incidencia, contactar con nosotros. Un saludo..!!!

Según el momento funciona el producto.
Tenía que hacer un plan que quería conseguir y me puse la loción y salió bien el plan pero otro día me volví a poner la loción y salió mal el plan pero creo que es depende del momento no sé aunque también la loción huele bien y además atrae cosas buenas es depende del momento.

Hola Sonia, en referencia a lo que indicas sobre el colgante, puede ocurrir que en unos sea más perceptible el color rojizo del rubí, al ser totalmente natural no existen dos piezas exactamente iguales, pero por lo que respecta a las propiedades, puedes estar tranquila porque ambas tienen las mismas, la estructura del mineral es idéntica en las dos piezas.

Hola Maria Piedad, estas pulseras chip siempre suelen hacerlas de la misma medida, el fabricante juega con la idea de que al ser elásticas van a adaptarse a cualquier tamaño de muñeca. No obstante, para otra ocasión indícanos en el pedido que la quieres un poco más grande e intentariamos buscar entre todo el lote por si hubiese alguna un poco más ancha, que a veces suele ocurrir.
