Es un producto diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados. No se parece a lo que normalmente comemos como salchicha, la textura es más bien cartilaginosa. Debe ser típica de la Alpujarra. A mi particularmente no me ha gustado mucho, a mi marido sí.

Habíamos probado la paletilla y nos gusto mucho. El jamón no cumple con nuestras expectativas, en algunos paquetes está cortado muy grueso y hace que desmerezca mucho el sabor y la presentación. Lo sentimos.
