Nunca había pedido una pieza deshuesada pensando que era más complicado de conservar y cortar que una pieza entera. Por el contrario, se corta fácilmente y se maneja mejor que la pieza entera.

Excelente jamón, con un reducido contenido de sal, totalmente recomendable para quien busque un jamón con el sabor de antaño, sin aditivos, elaborado y curado de forma natural, seguramente el mejor jamón blanco de España, la entrega en menos de dos días, no te compensa salir de casa a comprar uno.

El único problema que tengo con mi jamón, es que tengo casi que esconderlo, pues a mí me gusta llevarlo cortado un poquito en recto y emparejado, y cuando lo pillan mi hijo o mi mujer, me realizan unas canteras que parecen el cráter de un volcán. Muy contento con vuestro producto. Gracias
