Excelente jamón y servicio impecable.

El jamón Gran Reserva Álvarez ha superado mis expectativas. Tiene un sabor excelente, equilibrado, con el punto justo de sal y muy poca grasa. La curación es perfecta, lo que se nota en la textura y aroma del producto. Además, el envío fue rápido y llegó en el plazo previsto, perfectamente embalado. Muy satisfecho tanto con la calidad del producto como con el servicio. Repetiré sin duda.
