El peor jamón que he comprado con mucha diferencia.
Llevo comprados unos ocho o diez jamones de esta casa hasta la fecha y hasta ahora he quedado satisfecho, pero este último jamón, era pequeño comparado con los anteriores, bien es verdad que no lo he pesado, pero dudo mucho que llegase a 7Kg, pero eso no es todo, lo peor es la gran cantidad de tocino que tiene, es verdad que los jamones tienen que tener tocino, pero en este caso tiene mas de el doble en comparación con los otros que he comprado hasta la fecha, no solo tiene tocino en el exterior del jamón, sino que en el centro tiene una veta de unos dos centímetros a lo largo de todo el corte y profundiza hasta el hueso.
En definitiva, siento que he comprado tocino a precio de jamón.
Tenía un compromiso y comenzamos el jamón, por este motivo no lo he devuelto.
