DHL es una empresa de reparto que tiene incidencia. Pedí los jamones un jueves, DHL me envió un correo para recibir las actualizaciones del pedido por correo electrónico. El viernes a las 10 me llamaron para entregar ya el pedido (no me enviaron ninguna actualización), les dije que tardaría una hora en llegar y me dijo el empleado que me lo entregarían el lunes, le dije que yo lo recogería donde fuese, me indicó que me lo entregaría el viernes por la tarde. Pase toda la tarde en casa y viendo que no venían, llame al repartidor y rehusó mi llamada. El lunes siguiente me entrego el paquete y estaba el cartón roto por dos lados. Le indiqué que lo reflejara en la entrega.
En otra ocasión con un reparto suyo me indicaron que habían intentado entrega y no estábamos en casa. Era mentira porque ellos siempre llaman antes.
