El aceite es muy bueno (muchísimo mejor que el de otras almazaras), el precio es inmejorable, el envío rápido y la atención al cliente ágil y eficaz: no se puede pedir nada más. Ya he comprado varias veces y repetiré tanto por el producto como por el precio y el servicio.

Producto insuperable en un formato muy cómodo (bag in box). Poder disfrutar un aceite tan fresco es un lujo y el servicio de compra y envío, como siempre, rapidísimo. Por poner un pero, con la nueva web no soy capaz de ver mis punto ni generar ni canjear vales.

Envío rápido y con seguimiento. La web de la tienda ha mejorado en algunos aspectos que la hacen más ágil. Gran idea la de los portes gratuitos a partir de una cierta cantidad de compra.

Probé x casualidad el de la cosecha de año pasado y tuve la oportunidad de compararlo con el q compraba tb de la zona. A pesar de ser un pelin más caro q el otro, me he decantado x olivar de plata y’a q había diferencia en color, aroma y sabor. Además q el bag in box me parece un acierto.

Nunca había tenido problemas con el envío y esta vez ha sido desastroso. Al final después de casi una semana tuve que ir personalmente a recogerlo a la agencia de mrw. Aunque se lo comunique al comercial de Uds., la atención no fue la adecuada bajo mi punto de vista ya que quien contrata a mrw son Uds., y los clientes sólo optamos entre un método u otro. Si mrw no funciona adecuadamente son Uds., quienes tienen que reclamar o cambiar de transportista.

Hola de nuevo Rafael, como te escribí en el email, te facilite el número de tu franquicia porque es más fácil concretar una hora de entrega con ellos directamente porque si los llamo yo no puedo decirles a que hora va a estar usted en casa. Además los llamé varias veces y no me cogieron el teléfono, al igual que a usted, y me puse en contacto con mi agencia para pedirle que le reclamaran. A los dos días ya vi que estaba entregado.
Siento si se ha molestado espero que la calidad del producto le haga olvidar el mal trago. Un saludo
