Fatal. No compréis aquí. Me llego el saco destrozado de roto se lo comunique y ni me reembolsaran importe ni ne hicieron cambio.
Me dijeron que es que si estaba abierto estaba consumido y eso que les llame nada más llegarme.
Muy mal fatal.

Nos comentaste vía email que el cambio no te iba bien por que ya no tenias pienso y necesitabas darle. Te ofrecimos cupón de descuento y no te interesó. Incluso nos ofrecimos a mandarte de forma gratuita un contenedor para que pudieras depositar el pienso y tampoco te interesó. Un producto que se está consumiendo y no se quiere devolver no puede ser abonado. No entendemos muy bien el problema a no ser que quisieras que te saliera gratuito.

Os escribí con el pedido anterior porque la fecha de caducidad estaba a punto de caducar y no me habéis contestado.
Acabo de recibir hoy 1-10 -2021 otro pedido y caduca el 7-10-2021 y es un Saco de 12 kg. Me estoy planteando cambiar de proveedor.
Espero una contestación por parte del servicio de atención al cliente.
