Nada fiables. En la web ofrecen el producto señalando "entrega en 24 horas". Como no llegó, me quejé y me respondieron que "no trabajan por las tardes, por lo que no pueden llegar en 24 horas". Sorprendido, dije que entonces no lo ofertaran (ni lo cobraran, claro). Luego me dijeron que no tenían el producto y me ofrecieron otro modelo (al mismo precio, eso sí). Pero como a la semana no me había llegado, volví a quejarme y me dijeron que debía tratarse de una confusión. Que aún no lo tenían y podría haber más retrasos. Solicité la devolución, porque es un tema que me urge. Siento decir que está claro que no se puede confiar en esta tienda.

Hola Nacho.
En nuestra web pone literalmente "envío en 24 horas" no "entrega en 24 horas" y si que trabajamos por las tardes, de lunes a viernes, permiteme que dude de que nadie aquí te haya dicho eso.
Además dices que te cobramos portes cuando no es así, ya que en tu pedido te habíamos dado portes gratis.
Debido a un error de stock no quedaba del número que solicitaste y te ofrecimos esperar a la entrada de un modelo nuevo, más caro, para enviartelo sin cargo adicional alguno.
Se te dijo que el modelo estaba por entrar y que llegaría a finales de la presente semana, pero por lo visto eso tampoco lo entendiste.
Siento decir las tiendas pequeñas, como la nuestra, no podemos dar servicio a gente tan exigente como tú. Te recomiendo que hagas todas tus compras en algún marketplace con más capacidad logística que nosotros.

El producto me llegó perfecto en el tiempo estipulado pero se trataba de unas zapatillas y la talla es más grande de lo esperado. Des de el primer día de entrega pedí la devolución del producto ya que no disponían de una talla inferior. No me han dado respuesta aún.
