The shipping took longer than expected. I therefore didn’t receive the item in time for a planned event at the weekend. I was disappointed with DPD as they promised to deliver on a particular date then contacted me to say they couldn’t. I was forced to have the item sent to a pick-up point as I wouldn’t be home. The collection of the item was a horrible experience as the owner of the shop had a poor attitude.
