Bueno pues les pedí las tarjetas para mi boda q es el día 26 de abril y a día d hoy no me han llegado, el teléfono siempre apagado, al WhatsApp me han contestado dos veces una para decirme q ya me advirtieron q me llegaría el dia 17 de marzo y viendo q no me han llegado, les vuelvo hablar y me dicen q el pedido salio el jueves , a día de hoy las tarjetas no han llegado y el pedido supuestamente mañana hace una semana q lo enviaron, todo mentir..no recomiendo para nada este sitio, me veo sin tarjetas a casi unes d la boda

Hola Mariluz, sentimos mucho la experiencia que tuvisteis. Somos Noelia y Jose, los nuevos propietarios de Una Boda Mágica, empresa que hemos adquirido recientemente (noviembre de 2025). No tenemos relación con la anterior gestión, pero queremos disculparnos igualmente por lo ocurrido.
Desde que asumimos la dirección, hemos renovado completamente la atención al cliente y el control de calidad para ofrecer un servicio mucho más cercano y profesional.

Ha sido un placer comprar nuestros regslitos de boda aquí! Son preciosos los imanes con los nombres, los lapiceros y el cartelito con el corazón tmb. Además hubo un pequeño problema y el pedido llegó más tarde del día previsto y en todo momento han estado atentos para que nos llegase a tiempo! Muchas gracias! Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda :)
