Muy bonita pero no les doy las 5 estrellas porque han sido muy poco flexibles en atención al cliente. Cuando la caja aún no estaba hecha me mandaron un diseño preliminar digital. Les pedí cambiar las / de la fecha por puntos y me pedían 25€ por eso, que tardan un minuto en cambiarlo y obviamente rechacé el cambio

Hola! No nos puedes culpar de querer cobrar por trabajar. Pides una cosa y se te diseña con el trabajo que ello conlleva. Si quieres una modificación del diseño (los datos los dejas tú) tienes que abonar una corrección digital.
Seguro que la próxima vez pones en valor el trabajo de los demás o decides el texto a poner antes de hacer el pedido.
