Hola Almudena, sentimos mucho la experiencia que tuvisteis. Somos Noelia y Jose, los nuevos propietarios de Una Boda Mágica, empresa que hemos adquirido recientemente (noviembre de 2025). No tenemos relación con la anterior gestión, pero queremos disculparnos igualmente por lo ocurrido.
Desde que asumimos la dirección, hemos renovado completamente la atención al cliente y el control de calidad para ofrecer un servicio mucho más cercano y profesional.

Mala experiencia, ya que al pedir un marco eterno te dicen que hasta que no des el ok no grabarán nada en el marco. Me mandan los mensajes un domingo y al contestar un lunes para hacer una modificación me dicen que ya está todo grabado y enviado sin darme ninguna solución al respecto.
