Hola Maite, agradecemos que nos hayas dejado tu opinión.
En cuanto a lo que nos comentas, el transportista Yupick tiene la ventaja de poder recoger tu pedido en tu kiosko más cercano de la red Yupck. El plazo habitual de entrega es de 3 dias laborables, pero en fechas navideñas muchos transportistas están colapsados con los envíos, por lo que sentimos que se haya retrasado un par de días.
Te recordamos que tambien dispones del servicio de entrega a domicilio en 24-48 horas laborables e incluso si en algun momento necesitases un envío urgente, solo tendrías que ponerte en contacto con nosotros para pedirnos presupuesto sin compromiso.
Nos alegramos que tus regalos hayan llegado a tiempo para Reyes y esperemos que gusten mucho... para seguir haciendo nuestras ciudades un poquito más verdes.
