MI opinión esta un poco dividida. El producto y la disponibilidad estupendo. El seguimiento del producto fue complicado, tuve que estar escribiendo constantemente por WhatsApp para saber del pedido y fueron varias horas con mensajes ambiguos de seguimiento y rastreo del paquete. Muy amables en verdad, pero poca certidumbre si llegaba o no el medicamento. Luego, al llegar finalmente el mensajero, la terminal de cobro no sirvió; estuvimos alrededor de unos 4o minutos intentando, con reinicios del equipo constante. Finalmente, él dio aviso y se comunicaron para darme una liga de pago y asi pude realizarlo. Lamentablemente el medicamento era para mi y de urgencia ya que tenia mucha fiebre y me sentía bastante mal y estuve con el repartidor afuéra de mi domicilio todo ese tiempo luchando por pagar. El muy amable, en las llamadas muy amables pero estoy segura de que si hacen una revisión de su proceso de experiencia al cliente con seguimiento y entrega, serian en poco una gran opción de pedidos en linea. Aun asi ya recomendé a mis conocidos su pagina ya que sus precios y disponibilidad son EXCELENTES. Mil gracias
