Hola,las lentillas me gustaron,pero no se si es que al pedirlas lo hice mal o vosotros que os equivocasteis,me mandasteis una de cada color.Yo las pedi Green y vosotros me mandasteis una en azul y otra en verde Green.Si pudiese ser,me podrias mandar otras en color Green?,pero para los dos ojos a la misma direccion.Atentamenten un saludo. Las lentillas tardaron 11 días en llegar. Y llegaron porque llamé para preguntar por qué no habían llegado. Me comentan que es culpa de la empresa de mensajería, que vinieron a entregarlo hacía ya días y que no se había reintentado la entrega. Hasta donde yo entiendo, Vision24 debería certificar que los envíos han sido entregados, y no esperar a que un cliente llame enfadado y entonces preguntar a mensajería por qué no ha reenviado la mercancía. En ningún momento escuché de la persona que me atendió una disculpa, un "lo sentimos". Así que, después de anteriores buenas experiencias, esta ha sido muy mala. Un saludo
