Mañana hace una semana que hice el pedido y aun no lo he recibido.Ayer recibí un mensaje de correo expres como que hoy de 15:30 a 16:45 lo recibiría, en cambio me han llamado a las 13 horas como que estaban en mi casa,pero yo estaba ausente. Para que mandan mensaje con el horario de entrega si luego no lo cumplen? Hice el pedido en esta casa, pero si llego a saber que tardan tanto desde luego no lo hubiera comprado aquí.

Nuestro plazo de entrega es de 24 hrs, siempre que tengamos las lentillas en stock. En tu caso, son lentillas que hemos tenido que pedir de fábrica, y su plazo de entrega es de 48 hrs, descontando siempre fines de semana y festivos, como ha sido en este caso (un día festivo en esta semana más el fin de semana anterior).

Cómo hemos comentado por teléfono, sentimos que el envío a través de Correos Express no fuera satisfactorio. En algunas ocasiones se envía un mensaje indicando la hora estimada de entrega que, en ocasiones, no es posible cumplir. Si van a realizar la entrega y no se encuentra nadie tienen la obligación contractual de dejar una nota y repartirlo al día siguiente, cómo ha sucedido en esta ocasión. No obstante, hemos realizado una queja formal por la impuntualidad de tiempos que han realizado. Nuestra voluntad es que la empresa de transportes, ajena a nosotros, cumpla como si fuéramos nosotros.

En cualquier caso, estamos encantados de poder mejorar el servicio cada día con las sugerencias y comentarios de nuestros clientes. Espero que sigas confiando en nosotros para ser tu proveedor principal de lentillas y productos de cuidado ocular.
