Me falto algo de información con respecto al proceso de envío del paquete; recibí sólo información sobre su creación pero no sobre su envío, dónde estaba, etc. Pero a parte de eso, la atención fue personalizada y recibí justo lo que pedí, empaquetado muy bien para que no se deteriorara. Muy contenta con la atención.

La verdad que no conocía el sitio y los alfileres de novia que pedí son tal como viene en la foto o mejor. Llamé para consultar dudas y la señora que me atendió encantadora y me resolvió todo. Lo recibí en el plazo que me indicó. La verdad que si vuelvo a necesitar algo repetiré. ¡¡ Gracias!!

Estaba nerviosa porque era le primera vez que hacia un pedido de estas características. Registre el pedido y en 7 días lo tenia en casa. La corona que recibí superó mis expectativas, las imágenes se ajustan a la realidad. Estoy encantada con el servicio y el producto, lo recomiendo 100%.
