El sistema de reparto es muy mejorable, no permite adaptar el horario de entrega fácilmente y no es fácil contactar con ellos por ningún canal, me supuso una semana de retraso en la entrega. Habría agradecido mayor intermediación en la incidencia por parte de la tienda.

Aunque tuve problemas para recibir la caja por una huelga en correos, pude hablar con personal de Ajedrez 21 que se hicieron cargo del asunto y analizamos cómo podríamos resolver el problema de la mejor manera. Como así sucedió. Gracias por ello.

Realice un pedido y el mismo día quise cambiarlo por un conjunto distinto que no había visto al principio en la web.
Al ser un conjunto más caro pensé que tendría fácil solución pagando la diferencia, pero no fue así, aunque el seguimiento del envío me indicaba que solo había sido informado, tenía que esperar a que me llegara a casa,, pagar yo los portes de vuelta, me imagino que esperar un abono, en fin, quien sabe si después de todo esto ya ni quedaría en stock....
Al final el pedido me llegó incluso tarde, una semana después por problemas con el reparto que no fue bueno.
El ajedrez venía perfectamente embalado y es de buena calidad por eso no creo que sea justo valorar con una sola estrella, pero esta cuestión me dejó con un sabor agridulce en mi compra.

Apreciado Javier, intentamos enviar los productos con la máxima rapidez, y cuando usted solicitó el cambio horas más tarde de haber hecho el pedido, el paquete ya estaba en tránsito. Luego, coincidió por mala suerte con un problema puntual de la empresa Correos Express, que suele funcionar bastante bien, cosa que no depende de nosotros. En fin, ya nos dirá que podíamos haber hecho desde Ajedrez21 para mejorar su experiencia de usuario...
