Hola Pilar: como ya hemos hablado por facebook mañana va en reparto el nuevo champú. La agencia nos obliga a recoge primero el producto roto, y después autoriza el envío. Agradecemos sus comentarios sobre nuestro servicio de atención al cliente. Gracias!

Nunca he tenido problemas com los envío pero de esta vez me ha sucedido algo que no me gusta e tampoco tuve la atención ao cliente como necessitava, pague 3€ para lo envio expresó e me faturam despos de las 14:00 pero mi compra foi realizada antes de este horario así que no me quede de acuerdo.

Sugerencia: sustiyan los plásticos de relleno de las cajas por papel (residuo reciclable).
