La tienda en su esta bien. Lo que es complicado es el tema del pago al realizarse en otro pais (cosa que no entiendo, cuando los productos llegan de andalucia, españa).
El tener que ir al banco, hacer una transferencia al extrangero y tener que pagar un precio adicional por ello es incomodo y creo que no procede, mucho menos en pedidos costosos como el que yo realice. Hace que sea mas tardia la entrega al esperar que tenga que llegaros el dinero que es dias despues, pagar un extra y genera desconfianza. Yo llegue a asustarme y pense que era un timo. Deberiais cambiar esto.

En cuanto los productos genial, pero las formas de pago fatal, por eso os puntuo con un 3

Answer Alfabellezza

Estimada Lucía: usted tiene otras opciones para realizar el pago aparte de transferencia bancaria (como es contra reembolso, paypal o tarjeta de crédito). Nuestra cuenta bancaria está en el extranjero ya que nuestra empresa está radicada en Reino Unido. Los productos se envían desde un centro de picking en Andalucía (pero eso no tiene nada que ver con la forma de pago, es un centro logístico).
Sino tiene transferencias bancarias internacionales gratuitas, le recomiendo que utilice las otras formas de pago alternativas. Un saludo. Atención al Cliente.
