Hice varios pedidos, en este en concreto hubo un error y me remitieron otro lote que no se correspondía con el que había comprado. Respecto a la respuesta al respecto muy rápida y colaborativa, y me abonaron la diferencia. En cuanto al envío muy rápido y bien empaquetado.

En uno de nuestros primeros pedidos, hace ya tiempo, un mensajero entregó el pedido a una vecina desconocida por nosotros sin previo aviso, pero desde entonces no habíamos tenido incidencias.
Este último pedido se envió un jueves y no llegó hasta el martes, con el fin de semana por medio lo puedo entender, lo que no nos gustó fue la actitud maleducada del mensajero, que no dejó de hablar por el móvil durante la entrega, dejando el paquete con actitud chulesca en el umbral de la puerta. Un mínimo de educación y respeto se agradecería.
El pedido fue el RYSMPXCDM.
