Hola,
El envío ha sido desastroso. De hecho realicé el pedido el jueves pasado, el viernes me enviaron un mail conforme el pedido ya lo tenían los del transporte i estamos en el viernes siguiente y nadie me ha traído nada ni me han podido dar ninguna información en el teléfono al que me dijeron ustedes que llamase para saber cómo estaba.
Así que lo que dicen en la web de entrega en 48 o 72 horas no es cierto ni de lejos. Seguimos sin recibir el pedido y sin información al respecto. Y lo peor es que ya hace dos días que se nos acabó el paquete que teníamos y nuestra perra no quiere comer otra cosa. Así que como para no repetir la experiencia.

Lamentamos la incidencia ocurrida. Tal y como indicamos en nuestra web la entrega en 24/72 horas es en periodos normales, en periodos puntuales debidos a festivos estos días pueden ser mayores. En su caso ha coincidido con el black friday por lo que las agencias de transporte han estado colapsadas. Es algo totalmente ajeno a nosotros y aunque hemos estado en contacto constante con las agencias determinados pedidos han sufrido estos retrasos en las entregas. Un saludo

Me parecen productos muy completos y apetecibles, al menos en mi caso, por mi cachorro, solo tengo una sugerencia, si incluyeran en alguno de sus productos el pescado seria genial.
