Nos alegra saber que también los gatos están contentos con nuestro menú. Las variedades sin cereales pueden comerlas perfectamente los gatos, únicamente habría que complementar con taurina de vez en cuando ( un par de veces a la semana) de manera natural se puede encontrar en corazones e hígados de pollo.

Gracias por sus comentarios. Hay veces que las agencias de reparto pueden sufrir incidencias en el mismo día de la entrega y lo tengan que entregar al día siguiente...
El snack de tripa verde es uno de los más demandamos en nuestra tienda online, por lo que hay períodos en los que suele estar agotado hasta nueva producción.

El envio muy bien (como otras veces); el problema es que pedí para probar Pavo pero mis dos perritos lo olieron pero no lo probaron. Abrí una nueva bolsa (por si acaso era un problema puntual) pero hicieron lo mismo.
Cuando les puse la de Gagyu (la de siempre) la olieron y se la comieron.

estaban caducadas nº lote 271218 con fecha de caducidad 12/18

Lamentamos la incidencia ocurrida, el nº de lote indica el día de fabricación, en este caso, fabricadas el 27 de Diciembre del 2018, tienen un año de caducidad desde la fecha de fabricación, por lo que hay un error de etiquetado que debería poner 12/2019.
Pasamos la incidencia a nuestro departamento correspondiente para que revise el etiquetado de ese lote.

Muy buenos dias
Soy Beatriz Carregado y he recibido encargo el dia 10/01/2019; y el paquete traía todo aunque venía abierto y además el paquete de verduritas mix esta caducado , con fecha 12/2018 (nº lote 271218) lo abrí y cuando iba a coger la pegatina para ponerla en el bote lo ví. esto no puede ocurrir

A mi perro le ha encantado!! Por desgracia mi perro pesa 35 kgs y me saldría carísimo darle Altudog cada día. Es una pena por qué le gusta mucho

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios. Entendemos que para perros de gran tamaño puede resultar un poco más caro, puede combinarlo con otros ingredientes naturales(dieta barf) o con pienso siempre y cuando no mezcle el pienso con este tipo de alimentación en la misma toma.
