Hola Agustí, sentimos que no pudieramos responder a tu consulta. Intentamos contestar a todas por lo que no sabemos lo que puede haber pasado.

Respecto a la conservación del ajo negro, lo ideal es guardarlo en nevera durante el verano (cuidado que hay algunas neveras que lo pueden secar) y cuando ya no haga tanto calor, lo ideal es guardarlo en un lugar fresco y seco como por ejemplo un armario o despensa.
