Compre dos lotes para dos regalos y marque la opción de envolver para regalo. Para mi sorpresa, recibí los dos lotes envueltos como un solo regalo. Al contactar con ellos me indicaron que no había aclarado si los dos lotes debían envolverse por separado o juntos. Obviamente,yo entiendo que si compro dos lotes, deben de envolverse por separado. Tampoco hay opción de anotar una aclaración sobre el envoltorio, pues solo hay una casilla para marcar si se desea o no envolver para regalo. La solución que me dieron era recoger el paquete, y volver a enviar los dos lotes correctamente envueltos, pero obviamente ya no llegaban a tiempo…Tuve que solicitar la devolución del paquete y del importe abonado, algo que tramitaron con celeridad.

El pedido que realicé fue para hacer un regalo y envolvieron el paquete con lazos y etiqueta de felicitación. Quedó muy bonito. Estaba muy bien embalado y llegó en perfectas condiciones 2 ó 3 días después de encargarlo. Los productos le gustaron mucho a la persona destinataria, ya que son de buena calidad.
La tienda tiene variedad de productos para poder elegir.
Tuvieron el detalle de enviarme fotos del paquete y de informarme de la fecha de salida y llegada.
Recomiendo la tienda, tanto para hacer un obsequio, cómo para autoconsumir los productos.
