El motivo del retraso es que cuando son pedidos para las Palmas los tramites aduaneros puede tardar un poco. Sentimos los inconvenientes ocasionados. como ya les comenté por teléfono este ultimo reparto no resultó muy profesional debido a las confiadas tomadas por el transportista al hacerme subir a mi el paquete , una caja que precisamente no pesaba poco. el compañero de la recepción del edificio tuvo que dejar momentáneamente su puesto de trabajo para poder ayudarme.

Al principio note que el pedido tardaba demasiado, llamé por tlf para saber el motivo. Resultó ser que uno de los productos estaba agotado y por eso se demoraba. Resolvieron mis dudas muy amablemente y al día siguiente tenía el pedido en casa. Un resultado bastante gratificante.
