Hola Mayka! hemos revisado el tracking de gls y vemos que se indica en reparto. Te anotamos la dirección donde puedes ver que nosotros le entregamos el mismo día 5 el paquete a la empresa de reparto, pero vemos que no están respondiendo de forma correcta y hace que parezca que nosotros no lo hayamos gestionado bien.
