En el último pedido ése tinte es el que debería haber recibido pero me mandasteis el que tiene la caja verde ( ese color es más oscuro y no me gusta para nada). Lo que teníais que haber hecho es haber avisado, así que por mí parte habéis perdido un cliente.

Hola Elena, sentimos lo ocurrido, pero la marca ha modificado el envase sin avisarnos y por lo tanto no ha dado tiempo a modificar la imagen web. De todas formas hemos hablado con la marca y dicen que el tono es el mismo, solo ha cambiado el envase, y que es posible que durante un tiempo estén conviviendo ambos diseños de envase.

Te recordamos que todo producto puede ser devuelto en un plazo de 14 días si no ha sido utilizado. En tu caso puedes hacer la devolución enviándolo a nuestra dirección:

Pedi un plancha y una funda para esta, la verdad el paquete vino rapido y muy bien embalado sin embargo no le doy 5 estrellas por que la caja de la funda para la plancha que era de cartón vino con el cierre roto y no cerraba correctamente pero los productos impecables, buen servicio.
