En la tienda del Prat de Llobregat la atención fue pésima. De los cepillos me dieron un precio y al pasar por caja me dijeron que el precio había subido. Me querían cobrar 6 euros demás. Desde luego en lla tienda física no me volverán a ver.

Hola Marloes, sentimos que la solución que te ofrecimos cuando hablamos no coincidiera con la que tú proponías. Nosotros accedimos a enviarte de nuevo el pack y recoger lo enviado, pero nos comunicaste que no devolverías el producto y que querías el 100% del importe reembolsado.

Nos encantaría poder realizar el cambio y así puedas disfrutar de tus productos, pero no podemos aceptar un reembolso del importe sin recibir el producto a cambio.
