Sólo me demoré 24 horas en tener el BOXI en mi casa! Tanto la experiencia de compra como el servicio al cliente y el unboxing fueron únicos! Lo recomendaría mil veces! Gracias!

El proceso de compra y el servicio de entrega fueron bastante eficientes. Respecto al producto (colchón firme) el colchón se siente cómodo y al menos ya no me duele la espalda como con mi viejo colchón. Sin embargo luego de unas horas de dormir (6 horas) ya no lo siento tan cómodo, tal vez necesito acostumbrarme o cambiar la almohada. Por alguna razón el sistema no me permite calificar el producto. Le doy 4 estrellas.

El colchón tardó 26 horas en llegar e incumplieron siete veces la hora de entrega (¡Y vivo en Bogotá!). Tuve que hablar con tres personas de servicio al cliente y dos conductores para que finalmente me llegara el pedido. Para colmo, mientras esperaba el Boxisleep, me llamaron de la misma compañía a ofrecerme otro cuando habían sido incapaces de entregarme el que ya había comprado. En resumen: es lo mismo que comprar en una tienda de colchones tradicional: sigues lidiando con incumplimiento y burocracia. :(

Estoy muy satisfecha con la compra de mi colchón Boxi. Hace un mes que compré y la verdad he notado el cambio, cada vez descanso mejor. Además, me sorprendió que el colchón viene un caja, muy práctico la verdad.

Nunca pensé que comprar un colchón fuera tan divertido y sencillo. Además es el mejor colchón donde he dormido. Sin duda la mejor alternativa del descanso que existe actualmente. Recomendadísimo!

La verdad me encuentro más que satisfecho!! Como lo dije en un correo anterior.....con boxi descubrí lo que es el descanso!! Estoy feliz!! Ya voy por mi segundo boxi y no me cambio pot nadie. Y ni hablar del servicio al cliente, la logisticA, todo! .......espectacular!!
