En cuanto al colchón..... excelente, estoy feliz es un producto de altísima calidad. Atención al cliente muy buena, mi colchón se demoro mas de lo que esperaba, pero una vez me contacte estuvieron muy pendientes por solucionar el inconveniente, no tuve necesidad de volver a llamar porque me comunicaron de ahí en adelante en que etapa de envío se encontraba hasta el momento en que pude disfrutar de el. En conclusión fue una buena experiencia su tienda, muy recomendado el producto, pronto volveré a solicitar sus servicios.

La experiencia Boxi ha sido maravillosa!!! Hace varios años me detectaron dos desviaciones en la columna, que es bastante doloroso e incapacitante, el descanso era fundamental y diariamente amanecía con mas dolor de espalda y cadera de lo normal. Pase por colchones semi ortopédicos y ortopédicos, los cuales tuve que regalar por que ninguno me dio ese extra de bienestar que tanto estaba buscando... Boxi es la mejor inversión que he realizado, mi dolor de espalda y cadera ha disminuido notablemente... duermo bastante bien y amanezco con mas energia y de buen genio

La experiencia del producto es genial, muy satisfactoria el único inconveniente que se presento fue al momento de realizar el pedido y confusión entre la parte comercial y la logística de envió, adicional a esto se generaron inconvenientes al principio con los link de pago del producto ya que según me indicaba el área de cartera hubo cambio de personal .

Aunque la atención general es impecable, parece haber falta de coordinación interna entre las instancias de la empresa. Durante todo el proceso de compra, entrega y pago de cuotas ha habido constantes demoras y aparente desorganización.

Todavía quedan cosas pendientes. no me contestaron a mis llamados. El colchón huele a quimico, es caliente , y muy pesado.
